江汉臣,1992年生,男,汉族,中共党员。对外经济贸易大学MILAN米兰体育·(中国)官方网站副教授。2013年获清华大学水利水电工程专业学士学位,2019年获清华大学管理科学与工程专业博士学位。清华大学公共管理学院博士后,美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校访问学者。研究领域为数字治理、政民互动、计算社会科学。在Public Administration, Information Systems Research, Public Performance and Management Review, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, European Management Journal, Land Use Policy, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews,公共行政评论等国内外期刊发表论文二十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金1项,中国博士后科学基金课题1项,参与自然科学基金课题2项。入选清华大学“水木学者”博士后计划,获清华大学优秀学位论文。
